Brine On The Bay Bbq

Picked up a DoorDash from this place I never heard about and the owner was very friendly. He gave me a sample and i was hooked. Definitely plan on returning to this restaurant asap. This hospitality alone makes me want to support this business.

When I tell you that my husband and I know about good southern BBQ, we KNOW about it. And this, friends, is some of the best we've ever had. Not kidding. Pulled chicken, not dry, perfectly seasoned. Collard greens, out of this world, best hands down, the pepper seasoning is to perfection. I'm talkin slap yo mama good We also were blown away by the coleslaw with Mac and cheese. But I've saved the best for last..... The Texas Twinkies. Lawd have mercy. I've never had a flavor bomb like this before! They aren't spicy at all, they are juicy and full of flavored pulled pork happiness. Thank you Crystal for your hospitality, you're superb recommendations and your knowledge of everything in your restaurant! We will be back every chance we can pass through your beautiful waterfront town! God bless

This is a cute little BBQ joint right on the water, but most importantly it's food done right! I tried a bite or two each of many of the menu items. Most of it was great, but all of it was good. The owners were also super cool and welcoming. If you're looking for great food, service and a stunning view, hit this place up! The brisket is fantastic. I love their spicy BBQ sauce. I can definitely get down with the coleslaw. The peach cobbler is good, too. My kids love the pulled pork, banana pudding, deviled eggs, and potato salad. Trust me. Just try it.

This spot is perfect the food is on poitThis dish is truly a culinary masterpiece. The flavors blend together seamlessly, creating a delightful experience for the palate. Every bite is a moment of pure enjoyment. The chef's expertise is evident in the impeccable presentation and taste. It's a dish that deserves the highest praise. Recommend 100% Oxtail is excellent fall off the bone. So juicy and tender. Love it Love it

We were downtown for the Christmas Market and decided to try this place out. Needless to say I will not be going anywhere else because I now need to try the WHOLE menu. I’m not originally from PCB and between family cooking and real southern bbq I know good quality BBQ and this restaurant easily takes my first spot compared to so many places across the US. Don’t even hesitate just go. I didn’t get the owners name but having him take our order, make our food and bring it to our table just gives you a prime example of the hospitality of this place. We will be back again and again!

For such a small place & clearly an older building, the lady running this place has done a fabulous job at making it a vibe! Also the food was fantastic! Sweet staff, friendly vibe & very affordable for great food. What more could you want? Hope to see this become a bigger venture, they deserve it.

Super friendly people, good value and excellent food. We had brisket, wings, and both were top notch. The bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños (Twinkies), fries and collards were great too. Great food and good views of the Bay - great way to end our day trip.
